yes. syf was yesterday but to upset to post about it yesterday so i shall post about it today. i will try hard not to cry while typing this...

woke up at 5.45am.
@ 6.15am i was tying my hair, jocelyn tan wei ting had to call my house.
lol. luckily my mum and sis didnt wake up if not i will feel guilty for waking them up.
went to school at around 6.20am or 6.25am.

o.o the canteen was cleared and the staircase was dark...scary, so i took 2 steps at a time and climb up to the 4th floor with yee zhen.
then when we reached the 4th floor, we could hear CO playing in the AVA room already, but we were lost coz we didnt noe what to do as helpers.
luckily we saw lin yun.
shi juen saw us and gave us a job: sort out the SYF costumes according to sections
done. so ms soon saw us and told us to cut ribbons for tying hairs.
done again. so we slacked on the floor outside AVA room and then joey(?) came.
mrs chua saw us and told us to tell our form teachers that we are in school but as helpers & to collect water from the general office, so went down via the lift and told renee abt it coz ms foo wasnt anywhere.
after that, went to general office to collect the waters, but the national anthem started so mrs chua told us to look in the direction of the hall.
somehow, i felt that belinda they all were laughing.
after anthem and pledge, took the HEAVY DRINKS and went up to CO room.
slacked outside AVA room and i recorded them playing 春 (i noe im random. lol)
shortly after, the people from the hall were dismissed, many students were like staring at us, how embarrassing!

shortly after, the SYF people were dismissed from the AVA room.
so they took their costumes and wore them then return to the AVA room to put on makeup.
Jocelyn and Sheryl looked ok in their costumes and jocelyn refused to put make up so she only put on pathetic lipstick (she looked so odd with only a lipstick on)
ms soon was like a makeup artist then, she helped seniors put make up. she put foundation, blusher & lipstick. some ppl looked nice in the makeup and some looked like a doll.
then, they wore their black shoes and move the instruments to the truck/foyer.
mr ari came to the foyer and said a few words then we moved to the bus.
the journey seemed so short lor..we reached S.C.H at around 9.45am (more than 1 hour ahead of time!)

somebody brought bananas coz they say can help to relieve stress so everyone started to eat bananas. lol.
SYF ppl sat on the floor then suddenly..*thump* someone's cello from our school drop and people from other schools went "OHHHHH".
heard from jocelyn that it was qian ning's cello that dropped and there was a crack so they put super glue, but it was risky
the SYF people then went out of the building and threw their instrument casings to one side and it looked like a rubbish dump.
sat, slacked, chatted and it was duty time! to look after the instrument casings for half an hour
half an hour passed then couldnt find those SYF people, so me joey and yee zhen went past the tuning rooms and yeah, they were in room 2.
SYF people came out & mrs chua then came to give us the tickets to watch the SYF for BDSCO.

went up to the hall, but it was like some kind of break time. after quite a long time, the judges came back and Chinese Orchestra number 6, Swiss Cottage, began playing, they sounded pro lor!
Chinese Orchestra number 7, Bedok South Secondary, was next! They seemed messy when they came in and so many people brought their scores
they played 蝉歌 (song of cicada, set piece) which sounded abit ZAO GAO when percussion (sheryl & casper) was playing kuai ban but i guessed 春 saved them abit bah. after Song Of Cicada, the kai ling (junior) went from percussion to sheng to play 春.
I think they were nervous and like played badly than usual, maybe.
after BDSCO, we went out of the hall and glenda cried (tears of joy? or sad?).
many people were like "oh shit, i played wrongly just now", "oh no, i never follow the pai zi", "i think we played badly".
SYF people collected their casings and then slacked while waiting for the bus.

ate 2 sausage breads as lunch.
the tickets for afternoon session was given out, but yee zhen kept telling me that got the science lesson in the afternoon, so, decided not to take it.
bus came, and went back to school for the science lesson, BORING!
during the lesson, i kept smsing ru lin and called her as i wanted to go and watch the afternoon schools play but i didnt have the ticket.
the last science lesson ended early today, so hopped on my dad's car and went to Singapore Conference Hall.

Waited for ru lin & other people on the 2nd floor of the building and saw mrs boo, so i asked her if i can still go in without the ticket, and she say now can leh!
ru lin & a big gang came so we went to the hall to watch other schools play.
we heard chung cheng high main, serangoon secondary and greendale play.

then, break time and all of was were like praying before the results.

mrs boo came to see us then we ask how we did then she say ask mr xu so we asked him then he did some kind of reaction and we were like clapping & screaming.
some chung cheng people were like cheering then in front of us, 1 ACS(barker road) shouted back dunno BARKER or F**CKER. lol.

the judges took so long lor. waited for like 40 minutes then the results were released
ACS(barker road) got gold then the guys were like standing up "YEAH!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!" and hugging each other.
they made us so nervous....we prayed and prayed and prayed
then.......................

i was like "oh my god. shit" then we clapped in dissapointment...shi juen was like crying/emoing.
smsed other people about our result.
they announced all the results then we were dismissed.

sigh....actually silver was quite expected but we just hoped that the 1 or 2 marks there would make us get a gold...predictable...
called jocelyn and i told her we got silver and she went into a sad voice.
took ru lin's dad car, chatted about SYF till temasek and walked home.

TODAY:
went to school sadly and saw jocelyn at the general office with shalyn & yi ying.
i called her and hugged her. (sorry for the hugs jocelyn, i just needed hugs today)
went to hall, took out a book but didnt read, instead, i thought about SYF and cried, jocelyn (sitting beside me) cried too.
after anthem & pledge, stared into space and cried again while ms abraham was talking about some stuffs.
then mr ari went up on stage and announce our CO result. hearing that made me cry...
i bet that band are partying over our results now
restless during P.E. saw sheryl and i just have to hug her and said "i dont want silver.." and was partially crying.
the rest of the day...RESTLESS!......
